Role Overview

As a Manual QA Trainee, you’ll help test and improve our web and mobile applications, ensuring they run smoothly and meet user expectations. You’ll start with manual testing and gradually explore more advanced QA practices and tools, including AI-powered solutions.

This role is a great opportunity to gain real commercial experience in a supportive environment and grow into a confident QA Engineer.

To ensure the quality, stability, and usability of our digital products while continuously improving testing processes and exploring modern QA approaches and AI-powered tools.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Create simple test cases and checklists based on requirements.
• Report and verify bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Worksection, Jira, Notion).
• Conduct regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Document test results and share clear feedback with the team.
• Use AI tools to assist with test case generation, requirements analysis, bug investigation, and other QA tasks.
• Learn and apply QA best practices step by step.
• Explore modern AI-powered approaches to improve testing efficiency.

🛠️ Requirements

• Basic understanding of software testing principles and SDLC.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JS).
• Interest in learning how to test APIs (Apidog, Postman, Swagger).
• Basic experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for work or learning.
• Understanding of how AI can be applied to QA, such as generating test scenarios, analyzing requirements, or assisting with bug investigation.
• Attention to detail and structured thinking.
• English level A2–B1 for reading documentation and communication.

💡 Nice to Have

• Completed QA course or internship experience.
• Any hands-on experience with AI tools for testing or software development.
• Knowledge of SQL or database basics.
• Curiosity about automation and modern QA tools.
• Interest in exploring AI-powered testing solutions.
