Job Title:

Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Product:

Angelina AI is building an AI Workforce OS, an enterprise governance and control-plane platform that turns AI agents into managed digital workers. The system delivers identity management, real-time policy enforcement (including budget limits and guardrails), organizational memory, and full audit trails for AI agents. It supports hybrid deployments across cloud and on-premises environments for education, manufacturing, public sector, and other regulated customers. The platform handles multi-tenant SaaS architecture, unstructured input streams, vector-augmented databases, and large-scale LLM orchestration. Strong full-stack engineers enable safe, reliable production operations and fast feature delivery in a complex, high-impact environment.

About the Role:

You will join Angelina’s AI distributed core engineering team to own full-stack features that power AI agent infrastructure. This role offers end-to-end ownership - from data modeling, API design and backend logic to frontend interfaces and deployment pipelines. You will collaborate directly with product leads and customers on live enterprise and government deployments, not internal prototypes. This is a senior generalist position: you will design policy enforcement layers, integrate identity services, build LLM gateway and agent orchestration, and maintain containerized services in AWS and on-premises. Your work has an immediate real-world impact on how organizations operate digital workforces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement full-stack features, including backend services, RESTful APIs and frontend UI components

Integrate and maintain identity management (e.g. Keycloak), file storage and LLM gateway systems

Develop real-time policy and guardrail enforcement logic for budget controls and intent validation

Contribute to AI agent and workflow development with tool integrations and orchestration protocols

Own feature delivery end-to-end: data models, API contracts, business logic, and user interfaces

Deploy, operate, and monitor containerized services on AWS ECS/Fargate and customer on-premises environments

Collaborate with founders and customers to ensure production readiness and successful enterprise rollouts

Participate in architecture decisions to scale platform performance, security, and multi-tenant reliability

Required Competence and Skills:

6+ years of professional software development experience with end-to-end full-stack ownership

Strong Python expertise in production backend development and service frameworks

Strong experience designing and developing scalable microservices for SaaS products.

Solid experience with PostgreSQL and vector databases such as pgvector.

Frontend development experience with React or Angular

Hands-on experience working with Docker

Practical experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents or agentic workflows

Strong experience supporting and maintaining solutions in production environments.

Understanding of security and identity protocols (OAuth/OIDC, SSO) and enterprise compliance needs

Startup mindset: autonomous, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration

Fluent English communication skills for daily remote collaboration across time zones

Nice to Have:

Experience with agent gateway or routing layers (e.g., LiteLLM) and MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Familiarity with PII detection and anonymization frameworks (e.g., Presidio, NER models)

Experience with regulated or government environments and on-premises enterprise deployments

Prior work with distributed or offshore teams
