Senior DevOps Engineer (with Azure)

Description

A program of projects within the Energy domain. We will work on various applications covering generation control, distribution control, transmission control, and service crews control. The implementation area of these products is very high-scale (e.g. country-wide systems).

Requirements

7+ years in DevOps/infrastructure roles

• Expert familiarity with Microsoft Azure Tech stack
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with secrets/token management for third-party API integrations
• Experience supporting regulated or access-controlled environments

Good written and spoken communication skills in English

Job responsibilities

• Own the deployment, hosting, and operational reliability of the platform, including its integration touchpoints with

downstream systems and identity providers.

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the platform build
• Manage deployment/hosting infrastructure for the platform
• Support secure integration between the platform, downstream systems of record, and identity providers
• Implement monitoring/alerting for API integrations (system sync, document ingestion pipelines)
• Manage environment/access-token handling securely across integrated systems
• Support staged rollout and UAT environments during the hardening phase
• Ensure infrastructure supports data governance requirements (no customer data leaving approved boundaries)
