Description

IT Craft is looking for a Senior Data Integration Engineer with strong Oracle ODI expertise to help maintain and upgrade an enterprise integration platform. The role combines platform administration, hands-on engineering, and collaboration with technical teams to ensure reliable data exchange across business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess the existing integration setup and translate technical requirements into an implementation plan;

Maintain Oracle-based integration services, including platform configuration and application server administration;

Update data processing workflows, reusable integration logic, and automation scripts;

Investigate issues affecting data flows and resolve them together with infrastructure and database specialists;

Deliver platform upgrades and environment transitions, from preparation and verification through production rollout and follow-up support;

Document technical changes and coordinate implementation activities with customer teams.

Required Skills:

Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator, covering both administration and development;

A solid background in ETL processes, relational databases, and enterprise data integration;

Experience upgrading or migrating existing ODI environments;

Ability to configure and troubleshoot Oracle WebLogic in Linux environments;

Practical knowledge of Oracle databases;

Experience customizing ODI Knowledge Modules, including IKMs, and using Groovy for scripting and automation;

Ability to verify integration behavior, diagnose failures, and support production changes;

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical coordination skills;

Upper-Intermediate or higher English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

Experience with business-critical platforms or regulated industries;

Experience maintaining integrations across heterogeneous systems;

Experience improving and modernizing established data platforms.
