Project Manager (IT infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage IT infrastructure, system integration, and software development projects;

Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements;

Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables;

Ensure effective coordination among internal teams, clients, business stakeholders, and external vendors;

Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure that tasks are completed on time and in accordance with established quality standards;

Identify project risks and potential issues and ensure their effective resolution and management;

Ensure that projects are completed within the agreed timelines, budgets, and quality requirements;

Ensure compliance with IT policies, technical standards, and information security requirements;

Coordinate testing, implementation, documentation, and project handover processes;

Provide regular project progress reports to management and relevant stakeholders;

Perform other job-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or another relevant field;

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in project management;

Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system integration, or software development projects;

Experience managing medium- and large-scale integration projects from initiation through final delivery;

Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Project;

Experience working with Azure DevOps, ManageEngine, or other project management tools;

Understanding of IT policies, technical standards, and information security requirements;

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other relevant management standards is preferred;

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills;

Effective time management and strong organizational skills;

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make prompt decisions in a fast-paced work environment;

Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
