Description
Manage customer requests and incidents through MSP/Ticketing systems
Troubleshoot network issues and ensure SLA compliance
Configure and support Site-to-Site & Remote Access VPNs
Implement Firewall Policies and NAT configurations
Analyze network and security logs
Implement and document infrastructure changes
Provide technical support and consultation to customers
Work schedule: Shift-based
Requirements
Degree in IT or a related field
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, DHCP & DNS
Experience with OSPF & BGP
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewall
Knowledge of IPSec, SSL VPN, NAT & Firewall Policies
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good technical English
