.NET Engineer

We’re looking for a .NET Engineer to join a product team developing a platform for voice communications and Microsoft Teams integrations.

You’ll work primarily on the backend, building services that support Teams calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data. A key part of the role is integrating the product with Microsoft Teams and ensuring these integrations remain stable and reliable in production.

What you’ll do

Build and enhance backend services with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core

Develop integrations with Microsoft Teams

Work extensively with Microsoft Graph API and Teams communication APIs

Implement functionality related to calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data

Create and maintain REST APIs and integrations with external services

Investigate and fix production issues related to Teams and voice functionality

Help improve the platform’s performance, reliability, and scalability

Contribute to architectural discussions and technical improvements

What we expect

3+ years of commercial experience with C# / .NET

Strong experience building backend applications with ASP.NET Core

Proven commercial experience integrating products with Microsoft Teams

Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Graph API

Experience with Teams calls, meetings, recordings, or communication APIs

Experience building integrations with third-party systems and APIs

Solid understanding of SQL, databases, and backend architecture

Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently

English — B2+

Good to have

Microsoft Graph Communications / Calls & Meetings APIs

Experience with Teams compliance recording or call-recording solutions

Previous work with VoIP, telephony, voice, or contact center products

Knowledge of real-time audio or media processing

WebRTC, SIP, RTP

You’re a backend-oriented .NET Engineer who has already worked with Microsoft Teams integrations in a commercial environment and understands the challenges of communication-focused products.
