Description
We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team.
Project: Our project is a mobile crypto payments product designed initially for students in Canada. It will allow users to hold fiat and crypto balances, receive funding from a parent or another sponsor, convert assets, make card payments, and send or receive bank and crypto transfers.
Requirements:
- 3+years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with TypeScript
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services
- Knowledge of databases
- Experience with ORM/ODM frameworks (Sequelize, TypeORM, Mongoose, Prisma, etc.).
- Experience with unit and integration testing
- Hands-on experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows
- Understanding of Docker and containerized environments
- Experience with web3
