Job Description

The IT Onsite Specialist is responsible to provide day-to-day technical support and

ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role is responsible for managing end-user support,

maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with corporate IT policies.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work

well both independently and in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide timely onsite and remote IT support to end-users, resolving hardware,

software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain laptops,

desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.

Support user

onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, access rights, and equipment

allocation.

Monitor and maintain local IT infrastructure, including

servers, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and cabling.

Administer

and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and standard corporate applications.

Manage IT asset lifecycle: procurement requests, tagging, tracking, and

decommissioning.

Ensure compliance with IT security standards, data

protection policies, and corporate governance requirements.

Collaborate

with regional/global IT teams for escalated issues, projects, and system upgrades.

Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and service requests in IT service

management tools.

Conduct IT trainings for end-users in English (covering

tools, applications, and IT best practices).

Support IT-related projects,

including system rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or

equivalent experience).

2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support or

similar roles.

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and

Microsoft Office 365 suite.

Understanding of networking technologies

(TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).

Experience with IT asset management and

ticketing/service desk systems.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving,

and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and customer service

abilities.

English language proficiency at a minimum Upper-Intermediate

level (both written and spoken), with the ability to deliver user trainings in English.

Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications) are an

advantage.
