IT Manager

At Grant Thornton Azerbaijan, we are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager

to lead our technology function and support our growing business.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on technology professional who enjoys combining

strategic planning with day-to-day operational management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring

the security, reliability, and efficiency of the firm's IT environment while driving continuous improvement across

systems, processes, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, endpoints, and business

applications

Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and

business systems

Lead cybersecurity, identity management, and data

protection initiatives

Provide technical leadership and support for end

users across the firm

Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and

governance frameworks

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service

delivery performance

Support audits, compliance requirements, and

business continuity planning

Oversee hardware, software, and technology

lifecycle management.

What We're Looking For

5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT

management roles

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking,

cybersecurity, and cloud technologies

Experience with endpoint

management, backup and disaster recovery solutions

Ability to

troubleshoot across infrastructure, applications, networks, and cloud environments

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related

field

Microsoft, Azure, or ITIL certifications would be an

advantage.
