This role exists to build an outward-facing, research-driven view of the markets Bir Ecosystem operates in — cash turnover dynamics, e-commerce activity, and banking sector trends. The position is deliberately structured to protect the analyst's time from ad hoc requests and recurring/routine reporting cycles, so that the majority of effort is directed toward original hypotheses, structured research, and external market intelligence that inform strategic decision-making at the ecosystem level. Unlike traditional internal analytics roles, success here is measured by the quality, rigor, and originality of independent research — not by the volume of internal, ad hoc, or operational reporting produced. Ad hoc requests and internal operational reporting will remain part of the job, as they do for any analyst, but they are not the main point of the position: the center of gravity is external, market-oriented research, including recurring market reports that carry embedded analysis and need to be kept current.
