AI Creative Designer / Automation Specialist

We’re looking for an AI Creative Designer / Automation Specialist to join Creogen, a platform for creating and automating advertising creatives.

This is a hands-on role combining creative production, template creation, and client support. You’ll become an expert user of the platform, help build its creative library, and turn client materials into ready-to-use advertising assets.

What you’ll do:

• Research advertising trends, explore video and static formats, and understand what makes performance creatives effective.
• Create and upload reusable creative templates in Creogen.
• Prepare tailored creatives for client demos that showcase the platform’s capabilities.
• Turn client briefs and brand assets into creatives and templates.
• Help clients use the platform and adapt templates to their needs.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive creative tasks.
• Share feedback with the product team to improve the platform and user experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience producing advertising creatives at scale.
• Spoken English at B2+ level, with the ability to communicate with clients and participate in demos in English.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, Grok, Veo, Kling, or similar.
• A strong eye for advertising creatives and an understanding of what performs well and when creatives become fatigued.
• Independence, speed, strong creative judgment, and confidence handling high-volume production and client communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience with creative automation: node-based workflows, no-code tools, Make/n8n, APIs, or prompt engineering.
• Experience in performance marketing, media buying, UGC, D2C, or working with advertising platforms.
• Motion design and video editing skills.
