A tech-only job board for Azerbaijan

soften.dev lists software and technology roles — backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, data, QA, security, design and engineering management — for Azerbaijan and the wider Caucasus. Nothing else. A tech-only board is more useful than a general one precisely because of what it leaves out.

Where the listings come from

Two sources, and they are marked differently on every card and page.

• Employer postings are submitted directly by the company hiring. They are free to post while the board is new, and a person reads each one before it is published.
• Aggregated listings are collected from other public job boards. Each one names the board it came from and links to the original, and applying takes you there rather than to any form here. The great majority of what is on the site today is aggregated: this is a new board, and an empty one helps nobody.

What we do not do

• No CV uploads. There is no upload path anywhere in the product, so there is no pile of your documents to leak.
• No fee for job seekers, and no account needed to browse or apply.
• No reselling of applicant data. Applications go to the employer's own email or application link; we are not in the middle of them.

Who is behind it

A one-person operation, run from Baku — which is also why every posting is read by a person rather than waved through by a filter. You can reach that person through the contact form.

If a listing here is wrong, filled, or should not be published, tell us and it will be taken down — use the contact form. That applies to employers whose listing was aggregated as well: ask, and it is removed.
