Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to drive the architecture,

development, and scaling of our enterprise microservices ecosystem running on our private local cloud

infrastructure. In this role, you will lead complex technical decisions, ensure absolute system reliability using

advanced monitoring tools, and mentor engineering teams to maintain high architectural standards.

Core Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale resilient, high-throughput microservices running on local

cloud infrastructure via Kubernetes and GitOps pipelines.

Lead technical

design discussions, enforce code quality standards, and provide mentorship to mid and junior

engineers.

Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and highly testable Java

code for heavy server-side loads.

Architect and optimize complex

relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, alongside high-performance caching layers using

Redis.

Design asynchronous messaging and event streaming pipelines

utilizing Kafka and RabbitMQ.

Utilize the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch,

Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging, application monitoring, and root-cause analysis in high-load

environments.

Design and integrate features leveraging LLM APIs while

actively using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate the development

lifecycle.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields with 5+ years of

professional Java backend development experience.

Deep proficiency in

Java (Java 17/21), Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, and Spring Cloud ecosystem.

Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and GitOps workflows (e.g.,

ArgoCD/Flux) in local cloud / on-premise environments (without relying on public cloud providers like

AWS/Azure).

Strong experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and

in-memory data stores (Redis).

Solid background in database design,

performance tuning, and scaling with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Practical

experience setting up and troubleshooting with the ELK Stack.

Strong

knowledge of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and a proven track record of mentoring software engineers

in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Practical experience with prompt engineering, vector databases, or integrating

local/cloud LLM APIs into backend logic.

Deep JVM tuning and

network-level troubleshooting for on-premise hardware clusters.
