QA Engineer for Enterprise SaaS platform

Hi,

We are looking to expand our team in Ukraine by hiring an additional QA Engineer that is highly experienced in both Manual, Functional and Usability Testing. Our platform provides eCommerce brands with an SMS Marketing system to reach their customers about new products, appointment reminders, and customer service via SMS / MMS.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Manual Testing - since we deal with many large feature and integrations, having the experience of repeating processes and discovering issues through hands-on testing is critical.

Usability Testing - reviewing UI implementations to ensure they align with the design team specifications and then relying issues to the engineering team.

Rest API - experienced with running Postman if needed to understand API related issues or data pulls to ensure the feature testing is working as expected.

Shopify - knowledge of the Shopify platform including placing orders, reviewing customers, tags, and general information. Our system integrates with Shopify, but we can train if you're not familiar.

Note: This position is full-time ~ 40 hrs per week (contract / remote) as our team is located in the US, but engineering team is based in Ukraine.

You will be tasked with:

Reviewing new features & improvements to the platform.

Reviewing integrations to ensure they function well.

Review bugs / issues with the platform based on reports and file tickets for the engineering team to resolve.

Collaborate with existing cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed successfully over Slack.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience with QA Testing for a B2B SaaS

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Bonus Points

Experience QA testing with the Shopify platform

Experience with B2B SaaS

Experience with mobile device testing (iOS or Android)
