Description

We are launching an ambitious iGaming R&D project from scratch, specifically tailored for a regulated Tier 1 market. This is a brand-new product built from the ground up.

We are not just hiring an employee; we are looking for a true Product Partner with a co-founder mindset who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, takes absolute ownership, and has a sharp understanding of regulated online gambling products.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the R&D & Product Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and deliver features aligned with business goals and player needs in the regulated Tier 1 market.

Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing to ship product increments on time.

Compliance & Market Research: Conduct market/competitor research and coordinate with compliance/legal teams to ensure all features meet strict Tier 1 regulatory requirements.

Data & Analytics: Define and track product KPIs (conversion, retention, ARPU, session depth), gathering behavioral data to optimize the player journey from registration to deposit.

Agile Management: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional syncs.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in iGaming, fintech, or consumer apps.

Market Expertise: Solid understanding of the regulated Tier 1 gambling market (player behavior, compliance landscape, and competitive dynamics).

Mindset: Strong analytical mindset (comfortable with data, A/B testing, and prioritization frameworks). Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions with limited startup resources.

Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge of the target market's local language is a strong plus.

What We Offer:

Real Ownership: As a partner in this R&D project, your decisions directly shape the product and its architecture.

Growth: Unlimited opportunities as the company scales—your role will grow in seniority, scope, and impact.

Flexibility: Remote-friendly environment with flexible working hours.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus 20 days of paid annual leave and 10 days of paid sick leave.

Development: Access to learning resources, conferences, and a professional development budget.
