Product Manager (Digital Banking)

As part of our strategic expansion, we are launching a new card business direction - combining digital banking solutions, payment cards, and innovative financial services. Together with an experienced industry partner holding the necessary technology and regulatory infrastructure, we are building a modern card product under our own brand.

We are now looking for a Product Manager who will take full ownership of this new direction - from business strategy and product development to commercial performance and market growth.

This is a unique opportunity to become the key person responsible for building a new fintech product from the early stage and shaping its future development.

What You Will Do

Product Strategy & Ownership

Take full ownership of the card business direction and lead product development from concept to launch.

Define product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and growth opportunities.

Work closely with technology partners, payment providers, and internal teams to deliver the product.

Develop strategies for both digital and physical card products.

Commercial Model & Analytics

Build and optimize the card business model, including revenue streams, pricing, interchange economics, and profitability.

Develop financial models, calculate unit economics, margins, and growth scenarios.

Define and monitor key product metrics: acquisition, activation, retention, transaction volumes, and customer satisfaction.

Product Launch & Operations

Lead the end-to-end launch of digital and physical card products.

Coordinate collaboration with technology, legal, compliance, operations, and external partners.

Manage processes related to card issuance, delivery, and customer experience.

Partnerships & Growth

Manage relationships with payment partners, processors, technology providers, and other stakeholders.

Support expansion of the product ecosystem and identify new growth opportunities.

Develop go-to-market strategies and drive product scaling.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

5+ years of experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, or card products.

Proven experience launching or managing payment products, digital banking solutions, or card programs.

Strong understanding of card business models, payment processing, interchange economics, and product monetization.

Experience working with Visa / Mastercard ecosystems is highly preferred.

Background in fintech startups, neobanks, payment companies, or financial platforms is a strong advantage.

Skills

Strong product ownership mindset with the ability to lead a new business direction independently.

Excellent commercial, analytical, and financial modeling skills.

Ability to build business cases, evaluate unit economics, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with external partners.

Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on execution approach.
