Middle Java Developer

We are looking for a motivated Middle Java Developer to join our engineering team and

help build robust, scalable microservices. You will work closely with senior engineers to implement business logic,

optimize data flows, and utilize modern observability and automation tools.

Core Responsibilities

Design and develop clean, reliable, and tested Java components and

microservices.

Build and maintain RESTful and reactive APIs, ensuring

seamless communication across distributed backend services.

Implement

event-driven patterns using Kafka or RabbitMQ, and optimize performance using Redis caching.

Write optimized queries and manage data schemas across PostgreSQL and

MongoDB.

Use the ELK Stack to trace application logs, monitor service

health, and troubleshoot production issues.

Deploy and manage services

within Kubernetes environments following GitOps principles.

Leverage AI

coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to boost daily productivity, code quality, and prototyping

speed.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field with 2–4 years of

commercial Java development experience.

Solid command of Java (Java 11+)

and Spring Boot / Spring Framework.

Practical knowledge of microservices

architecture, REST APIs, and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and basic caching strategies using

Redis.

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD/GitOps workflows in

local infrastructure settings.

Understanding of authentication mechanisms

(OAuth 2.0, JWT).

Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and

eagerness to grow within a collaborative technical team.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with logging and monitoring tools like the ELK

Stack.

Exposure to Spring WebFlux or non-blocking application

design.
