Junior Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Manual QA Engineer to help ensure the quality of mobile and web applications across a variety of exciting digital projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in manual software testing.
• Proven experience in manual testing of mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Proven experience in manual testing of websites and CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, etc.
• Proficient in spoken, reading, and writing English to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Availability to work in the EST (Toronto) time zone with partial flexible overlap.
• Completion of QA courses will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough manual testing of software products to identify any defects or issues.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Report and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
• Continuously improve and update testing processes and procedures.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential quality issues.
• Communicate testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
