HubSpot Consultant / Developer

We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot specialist to own end-to-end HubSpot delivery and work directly with a US client. This is not an advisory-only role. You will scope the work, prepare and defend estimates, and take ownership of implementation once the project starts.

What you will do

Communicate directly with the US client and partner, in English, without translators

Run discovery and scoping, prepare estimates, and explain and defend them in front of the client

Deliver HubSpot implementation: RevOps, workflows and automation, integrations, and related configuration

Take ownership of HubSpot delivery from scoping through implementation

Manage expectations and coordinate delivery under one accountable Client Partner

What we are looking for

Strong hands-on HubSpot delivery experience, not just consulting or advisory

Real implementation background: RevOps, workflows and automation, integrations

Ability to independently scope work and estimate delivery

Strong client-facing spoken English, suitable for direct communication with US clients

Strong ownership and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience leading scoping and solution discussions end to end

Integrations and custom work across HubSpot Hubs

Experience in a partner or agency delivery model

Freelance, with potential for ongoing delivery if the project is sold. Fast process: we want to move within the next couple of weeks.
