Business Analyst

Conduct market research and gather relevant data on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Analyze new business opportunities, products, and projects to assess commercial feasibility and profitability.

Support the evaluation of new production projects by preparing financial models (NPV, ROI, IRR, payback period).

Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and other stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations.

Prepare detailed business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management decision-making.

Collect and consolidate information from subsidiary enterprises to develop group-level analysis.

Assist in developing pricing strategies and export potential assessments for polymer and other products.

Identify risks and provide recommendations for mitigating them in business projects.

Support the development of strategic planning documents by providing research and analytical input.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or financial analysis.

Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is an advantage.

Fluency in written and spoken English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Ability to prepare detailed business cases, reports, and presentations.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
