How applying works here
Applications are not handled on this site. There is no application form, no candidate profile and no queue of applicants here — you are given the employer's own channel and you use it directly. That is unusual enough to be worth describing in full, because it changes what this site can and cannot do for you.
Most listings send you out
Most of what is on the board is aggregated from other public job boards, and an aggregated listing is applied to at its source. The page names the board that published it and carries a real link to the original posting, so the destination is visible before it is clicked rather than hidden behind a button. The words on the page are the employer's own, reproduced from that posting; the application goes back to where those words came from.
What the apply button does
It passes through this site once and then sends you on. The hop exists for one reason: it is the only evidence the board works. An apply click is the closest thing to proof that a listing was worth publishing, and it is what decides which sources are worth keeping — without it, a board cannot tell a useful listing from a decorative one.
The destination is read from the listing's own stored record, never from anything in the address bar. A redirector that forwards to an address supplied by the caller is an open redirect, and an open redirect on a job board is a gift to whoever wants a phishing link that wears somebody else's domain — so there is no parameter here to point anywhere. The outbound link opens in a new tab and carries the attributes that stop the opened page from reaching back into this one or learning which listing you came from.
A direct posting shows a contact
When a company posts here itself, there is no external page to send you to, so the posting carries the employer's own address or application link instead. It is not in the page source. A button reveals it on request and the reveal is rate-limited, which is the difference between an address a person can read and an address a harvester can collect in bulk from every posting on the site in one pass.
What this site never holds
- No CV uploads. There is no upload path anywhere in the product, so there is no pile of anybody's documents here to leak.
- No account to browse or apply, and no fee for job seekers. An account exists only for an employer who wants to post.
- No applicant data to resell. Applications go to the employer's own email address or application link, and we are not in the middle of them — there is nothing here to pass on, because nothing arrives.
What is recorded, and what is not
Two things, both about pages rather than about people: a page-view record for each listing, and a record when an apply link is followed. IP addresses are not stored — they are hashed with a secret salt, so a repeat visit can be told apart from a new one without the address being recoverable from what is kept. What is not checked for you
Listings are shown as they were published. Every posting is checked for being a genuine technology role before it appears, and that is the extent of it: an employer's claims about pay, conditions or the role itself are not verified here, and this site is not a party to anything that happens after you make contact. If a listing is wrong, already filled, or should not be here, say so and it is taken down.
